We were pleased to host a long‑standing Egyptian customer at our factory last week. The purpose of the visit was twofold: to discuss a new order for flexible plastic machinery, and to personally oversee the container loading of their previously placed order.

During the meeting, our sales and technical teams worked closely with the customer to finalize specifications for an additional blown film machine and a high‑speed bag making machine. The new order reflects the customer's growing production capacity and their continued trust in our equipment.

The customer also took time to inspect the loading process for their earlier order. A 40‑foot container was being prepared with six machines, including blowing machine and spare parts. Our logistics team demonstrated proper wrapping, anti‑rust treatment, and bracing. The customer's engineer checked each unit and confirmed the packing list on site.

"We appreciate the transparency and quality control," the customer said. After witnessing the secure loading, the customer approved the shipment. The container is now en route to Alexandria Port.

We look forward to delivering both the current shipment and the new order in the coming months.
